I am terrified of Flying Roaches (Waterbugs)..and Heights

Well I really really really wanna run out screaming every time I see one of those big flying roaches in my kitchen.
One time I was walking home underneath elevated train tracks in NY and one of those HUMONGOUS roaches flew on me actually on my right shoulder and it was summer and I was wearing a tank top...so naturally I ran home,which was five blocks away and yes I was an adult I was 21.
Then in PR I was showering and sure enough there it was on the window sill staring at me and once again I get attacked....
I run scream yell throw a panic attack when I come across them and get anyone around me to kill it for me..... They Fly DUDE..That's some scary crap

Now the heights...hmmm not much to tell Im just scared to be up high especially on train platforms by the edges ....I panic unfortunately I have to wait for the train and grab on to a pole if I am elevated and it's an open spaced platform..I usually have to hold on to someone to get to walk on it calmly...I get laughed at..


AHHHH!!!!!..I think there's one in my kitchen...RUN!!!!!!
KILL IT!!! SQUISH!!!! HAHAHAHA!!Can't fly on me now!!!
