I am terrified of cats and dogs

I was just 6 months old and my grandma's dog bit me.
It was like if a nife just in me and did not want to
come out at all.Then a cat scratched me after it was like some one just pushed hard down across my arm.

After my mom hit the dog and throught it out an the
same for the cat.Ever since I am terrified of cats and dogs now I am trying to get over it and face my fears.
