I am so scared of cotton.

I know it sounds nuts but I am so scared of cotton. The way it feels, looks, the sound it makes when pulled apart. I don't know how to make this fear go away. The thought makes me sick! I hate it.

Then also anything sharp. Fish hooks are the worst of all sharp things. Crazy I know. Theres also more normal fears like heights. But these fears are starting to take over my life I cant even take my son fishing, if I do go with my husband and son I can't be close and watch. I just dont know what to do1
