Hot Air

Basically, ever since i can remember i have hated hot air. Whenever im in slightly warm air in a room, i feel i will suffocate, and this always happens in assemblys at school, i lok so stupid. I have been asthmatic since i was 4, but it only shows when i have another illness. I have no clue why i am so terrfied or hot air, as i know it makes no difference to cool air. I just feel more healthy in cold air, and it feels as if more is getting to my lungs. Its so weird, and no one understands it!
