Horrified of getting cuts or scrapes on my belly

So, i'm absolutely horrified of getting cuts or scrapes on my belly. ever since i had a nightmare a few years ago . in the nightmare, all my intestines and whatnot were falling out and noone would help me. one person in the nightmare someone actually told me to put a bandaid on it. so, ever since, if anyone or anything sharp comes near my stomache, i almost pass out and freak out. i just want to know the name of my phobia :/
