HELP! Panphobia!

My 38 year old brother has panphobia. Communication on all levels have just about stopped. He will not eat or take his medicine...4mgs of risperdal in the morning and 4mgs at night-(daily)...2mgs of Akineton (Biperiden HCI)-(daily)...0.5mgs of Xanax (Alprazolam) morning, afternoon & night-(daily). This is a serious issue, so please, I would appreciate some type of insight from any qualified professional. Thank you for your time and energy!
