fear to Die

I'm pravin, 21 years,i fear to die....esp. after i had food poisoning, i believe of drinking almost everyday.

now i fear to drink and even to smoke....whenever i try to have them, my brain continuously/unknowingly thinks i will die and after thinking the same thing, i have bad fear and i become weak....nowadays, it's more complex cause i have this thought and fear to die almost the whole day...even i've left drinks !!!!

i want to get rid of this problem and live to the fullest as a man..........i want to be strong enough to drink and be free like before....help me if you got any suggestions, god'll bless you. lordjimmorrison at hotmail.com
