Fear of Whales

i have an intense fear of whales that started with a recurring dream (nightmare) where i'm floating in the open ocean alone and look under the water and see a huge dark silhouette beneath me. similar to the scene in "finding nemo" when nemo and dori see a whale in the distance. this scene actually frightens me. it is also a general fear of the deepness and mysteriousness of the ocean and knowing the beneath me is so much space that i will never comprehend.
