Fear of Touching Cotton balls

My daughter (17) has a fear of touching cotton balls. She can be in the room with them or if someone else uses them but she is afraid to touch dry cotton balls. She can some what tollerate touching wet cotton balls but she is very reluctant to do so.

I haven't found a name for this yet but still looking.
