Fear of the sound of under water.

I can swim fine with my head under water, but what i can't stand and makes me physically feel sick is when watching tv/film and it's under water it makes that weird 'mmmmmmm'noise, i CAN'T stand that, it makes me squirm and all teary. Plus, i hate seeing photos of deep sea water and sharks, ehhhhhhh makes me feel sick. Although, i can swim in the sea without a problem?
