Fear of the ocean

Since i was a baby I cant remember to much of why I hate the ocean but I always had a fear of it. I live on the island of Trinidad and I refuse to get on a both for a 15 mins ride to the neighboring islands because of my fear of the ocean I am damaging my relationship with my husband because of this stupidness. Please help I am also very much afraid of flying in a plane as well
