Fear of the inside of the body

Every time i see an image of the inside of the body, specifically hands, both my own hands go numb for quite some time. Everyone laughs at me because of my fear of the inside of the body, but it really really upsets me and i don't know what's wrong with me. I'm so disgusted by the thought we have bones, organs, tissue and everything else beneath our skin, the thought of not being just as we are on the outside makes me really upset and grossed out. I hate the backs of kneecaps and veins too, please help me.
