Fear of Stinkbugs

I'm 11 years old, and I have the most terrible fear of stinkbugs. I can handle any other bug like spiders, ants, or moths, but not stinkbugs. About a year ago I saw one on my shoulder and I ran up stairs screaming as loud as I could and my mom had to take it off. After that I could barely talk for a few minutes. During the Spring they completly cover the house and I have to beg my dad to drown the bug in the fishtank. I'm not sure if this is a phobia, but it seems just as bad as one...
