Fear of spiders

Everytime i see a spider i scream so loud i lose my voice for a couple of days. I start to shake and sometimes faint but quite rarely.

Once i had a tiny little spider about the size of an ant on me my mate saw and yelled spider i screamed, burst into tears, wouldnt stop shaking then collapsed. my friend didnt know what was wrong so she called an ambulance but with in 5 minutes i got up again.

i have had my phobia for 5 years and i have kind of got used to being around them but even a picture of a spider usually creeps me out.
