Fear of spiders and slaters and small places

I have an over whelming dear of spiders i usually get my dad to come get them for me , if theres one in my room and i tell my mum/dad. Go up to my room and its gone i cant sleeping in my room until It found im soo scared of them someone once told me there are like flys just they cant fly im soo scared or them, and sugestions on how to get over my fear?,

Slaters- eww i cant stand the things haha there just ewww,


Small places- well im costraphobic i just cant stand being in small places i feel dizzy and be sick
