Fear of snow

This sounds really weird but ive got a fear of snow. Im scared to look out at it and have to hide in a bedroom with curtains closed and tv on loud, just the sound of kids playing in it makes me feel unwell.

My skin burns, i shake and have started having panic attacks. Anyone got any suggestions?
