Fear of Rejection

I'm really not quite sure what the phobia name for fear of rejection is, but it is related to Agathoraphobia which is fear of abandonment.

I will not ask a guy out, or even tell him i like him because I'm scared he'll reject me.

Can anyone help me out on how to shake this phobia and learn to tough it out?
