Fear of public

when i get into public....i got nervous a lot...
i feel that everybody is like staring me and i am the target...everybody is assuming me as a gay while i am a straight guy with having no features of a gay king of person at all....
my main problem is that i just feel that people assuming me as a gay and i really want to get rid of this....
the reason that people assumed me as a gay because i stare people to know if they are staring me or not and from there people start thinking that he stares boys....is he gay...?
i just want a cure...i cannot concentrate on my studies...
cannot go to work due to this.... moreover my friends also do not want to talk with me...!!
