Fear of people touching my bread..

I absolutely hate this! I know it sounds so ridiculous, but If someone touches my bread, I just won't eat it, even if it's filled with fillings, I will just get another two bits of bread... People don't understand why i have a fear of people touching my bread but I guess it's something that I'll always live with
