Fear of people or things touching my wrists

Hello i have this fear of people or things touching my wrists i cant stand it i cant wear braclets or anything close if i wear long sleeves i have to push the sleeves up. and when someone grabs me by my wrists i freak out. It just is so weird does anyone elese hav that problm
