Fear of not being able to see in water

I have an immense fear of not being able to see in water. I hate being in dirty green water because I can't see what is right next to or under me.

The water can't be so deep that I can't see the bottom. It makes me feel like there's something twenty feet under me ready to pull me further under.

If it's dark, the pool has to have extremely bright lights. I don't like looking in the drains of pools because I'm afraid I might see a face in the drain.
