fear of not being able to hear

I have a fear of mot being able to hear in my house when I'm alone. Its mainly when I'm blow drying my hair or vacuuming or even running bath water. I'm scared someone will just be standing behind me when I turn around when I least expect it. I have a 2 year old daughter that is with me most of the time and its not any better, I'm still on edge terribly looking over my shoulder BC I can't hear what's going on around me,and its not just people I'm scared of its characters from the many scary movies I know it makes no sense for me to love watching. It doesn't really help much if there's another adult there BC I still can't hear anything but the noise of the vacuum or whatever. I don't want my daughter to see me freaking out and figure to herself that moms crazy or that its normal to feel that way and pass it along to her. I looked for what this phobia might be all over and I can't find much on it, any help or advice is appreciated.
