fear of mice and rats

I have been afraid of mice and rats for as long as I can remember, but most severely since I was 12 years old. Now that the cold weather has arrived, my apartment, which was mice free for a few years was plagued with 5 mice! For anyone who are wondering if snap traps work, yes they do! And, so does the glue traps, but you have to strategically place them where they might get caught; near corners and entry ways.

I am sick and tired of being afraid of something so small that is probably scared of me more than I am of it. The hardest part is that I am a Christian and you would think that being fearful of an awesome God would enable me to overcome a tiny thing as a mouse. Anyway, as a result of this phobia, I've sought cognitive behavior therapy, which I heard has a high success rate. Please pray for me!
