Fear of man holes/sewers, bridges, and elevators

Okay. So I'm Jess and I am terrified of manholes/ sewers, bridges, and elevators. I've been afaid of them for as long as I can remember. Whenever I see a sewer or manhole I freak out I have to walk around them and I feel nervous when I even see one. One time when I was walking I wasn't looking and I stepped on one by accident not paying attention and I started crying. I don't know what it is about them but whenever I see them I feel like I'm going to fall in or something is going to come out and pull me in. I also hate the fact that it seems never ending and that if you got trapped down there you don't know where you would go. The very thought of it makes me sick. And with my fear of bridges whenever I'm in a car and am going over a bridge I close my eyes and don't look out the window. I don't feel secure going over them and I always feel like they will collapse below me. For my fear of elevators whenever I have to go on one I stand in the corner and close my eyes. Whenever I'm on one I feel like it will just start dropping and keep falling. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I've heard of fears of bridges before but I never heard of anyone else being afraid of sewers and elevators before I hope I'm not the only one.
