fear of loosing my position and prestige

Each day some unknown or known worry haunted me,related to my professional life,most of the time the fear or worry is self generated.If I overcome one fear another fear created by my mind jumps before me and starts to scare me,shall I ever be free from this terible fear of loosing my position and prestige.
