Fear of Live Music

I have a fear of live music. I can't stand it when someone starts to play an instrument, I go crazy and I have a panic attack and go wild. I can listen to music on the radio but not live music or music being played in front of me.

It's hard for me because both of my dad's and mum's side of the family is really musical, they all play at least 5 instruments so I dislike it when I go to their house.
