Fear of large or tall things

I am very scared of tall buildings ( over 7 stories) I don't like to be near anything that is very tall like flag polls, buildings, high sealings, big trees, etc. I hate being in museums because if there are things that are very large in them like big paintings or models I will be very scared and shaky and cower down low and not look at anything. I don't know why these things scare me so much, sometimes I feel like a large building will fall on me but that is now the whole fear, there is more to it that scares me so much that I can live in a city or go to museums or aquariums, I don't like feeling so small and not incontroll it's hard to deal with this fear of large or tall things and I have to worry about it all the time.
