Fear of Herpes

I have fear of herpes. If I see someone with a red spot on their lip I automatically think that it's a cold sore/herpes therefore I freak out.


I can't touch anything they touch, and I can't even go to their house because I think everything is contaminated. I also think that if someone touches my stuff, it is full of herpes.


I can't stop disinfecting everything, and I hate it when there's someone with a cold sore and hug/touch other people. I don't even go out anymore because I see people with red spots on their lips and scabs, and dry lips and I go crazy.

Is there anyone out there like me???


I throw away my clothes when someone with herpes contamination touches me.
