fear of going crazy

i have anxiety and ocd and i feel like i am going to go crazy because i obsess over music and it plays all day and i cant stop it. and i hear some one talk or say somthin and i repeat what they have said over in my head..enough to make you go crazy but that is a mega fear of mine.
