Fear of Forever

i get these head terrors,
i start thinking about forever and to drift aimlessly, without any goals, to just drift forever, throughout all space and time, to be nothing but blackness but still aware, it burns through my head a million times, once it starts my head thinks about it over and over and over again, till its a blur of pain, and my chest feels like its guna pop, my head feels cold, empty but heavy, ive had this for aslong as i can rember and im sick of it, really have had enough, can anyone please tell me what it is? ive been doctors but they were no help, and my famly just think its ridiculos coz there religious. does anyone else get this? has anyone had this?
please if theres someone i can talk to or simmilar minded people please give me information
