Fear of fat wrist.

I hav an irrational fear of wrists if they are fat and my wrists becoming fat. I measure mine weekly to make sure they haven't gotten bigger. So far they are 5.5 inches and not fat at all. I still loose sleep over the "what if" about the situation.
