fear of eating without water or being without water

Im not sure when this fear of eating without water phobia started but i can not eat something unless i have something 2 drink cuz if i dont i stop myself in the middle of swallowing nd go into a panic. And if ik i dont have something 2 drink in general and tht i cant get simething to drink ( say during a ride ) i then have trouble swallowing and get really panicky
