Fear Of Eating Sponge Cake

I cant eat sponge cake or any thing with that knid of texture even dried bread makes my head spin. The tought of having to eat sponges makes my skin crawl and i feel physically sick, please help me i cant live on with this fear of eating sponge cake!!
