Fear of Dressed Up Characters

My daughter who is now 13 has an uncontrolable fear of dressed up characters. She freezes and then panics whether someone is in the suit or if she just sees the suit.

This makes things really hard, since our youngest has been begging to go see Mickey at Disneyland...

Anyone with some help? Also, is there a seperate name for this fear?
