Fear of dirty floors and rooms and itching!

i am a 18 y/o female who have recently developed a fear of dirty floors and rooms and sometimes itching...it all started couple weeks ago and i am really scared i walk looking down and try as best as possible to stand or sit far away from the mess on the floor and the dirty rooms. i am afraid of cleaning that room because i am afraid of the mess...this one time i was cleaning and i started itching so badly that i had to stop and take a shower and even after i still itch and curled up on my bed. i am scared of leaving my room. even if the house is clean it still feels messy what do i do pls help me
