fear of dead

i am scared of seeing any body's death in movies etc. can't even discuss if somebody has passed away. if somebody passed away one month back and somebody is discussing over phone with respect to dead person, i can't hear that conversation. i insist that the person who discussed over phone abt dead person does not do any thing which is good like bringing birthday cake for family member on the day of such discussion. kindly guide me what to do
