fear of cotton balls

i hate the noise they make like a squeaking noise. they also have a terrible texture that leaves me thinking about it for hours after. sometimes after i come in contact with them its all i think about and feel like im going insane. I couldnt eat for 2 days because everytime i tried i would picture the food being a cotton ball. idk whats wrong with me but i really cant stop thinking about them :(
