Fear of Chokig

Hello, my name is Maria and I have a fear of choking. This is horrible I am 32 years old and I have been with this fear my whole life.

I tried doctors like psycology, psychiatry, hypnotherapy and nothing works. I cannot even eat ext to anyone neither.

It is horrible to live like that 24/7 for 32 years. Please can someone help me asap. Please post the information here.
