Fear of Buttons

i hate buttons, i don't mind them if they are on clothes, but if they are loose i cant touch them,i feel like i am going to die if someone comes near me with even one loose button. my friend gave me a little book one year for xmas but when i opened it all these loose buttons fell out, well, the blood drained from my face,i hyperventilated thought i was going to die. my sister laughed at me she didn't realise how much it affected me. no matter what i do i cant seem to shake this fear of buttons.
