Fear of Burglars! I cant sleep!!

I CANT SLEEP ANYMORE!!!! im 15 years old and i am terrified to go to sleep without anyone else in the house being up because i am afraid that a burglar will come in and take me!!! i think i got this phobia from watching scary movies... i dont watch them anymore but i still cant sleep without someone in the house being awake... even at friends houses(especially at friends houses!) i dont know what to do or even what its called! if anyone has any information that would be fantastic! thanks:) Click here to read or post comments.
