Fear of being stared at or seen.. scopophobia

I've had scopophobia since last year.. for no reason?
everytime someone even glances at me i flush red,
I'm always trying to keep up a conversation because everytime it gets silent, my friends tend to stare at me.. and I flush red, start sweating.. and my heart starts to palpitate really fast.. I CANNOT STAND IT when people stare at me.. it's as if their trying to get into my head and think what im thinking, or to knoooow what im thinking.. I just feel as if their judging me if they stare at me, like their saying in their head: "This girls ugly, weird, and a freak."
I need help NOW :/
