fear of being alone

Hi everyone,
Im a 20 year Old female from Riverside ca, and I have A fear of being alone. and i dont understand why.

i feel that i need a man in my life in order to be happy. i have been dealing with this issue for about 5 years now. i have friends, i go to school, i un track and i have a loving family that cares about me so much.

i currently live with both of my parents and they have been a big impact in my life for the past 20 years; but the question that i still have is why do i feel that i need a man in my life in order to be happy. and when i have a man i feel happier about life its self.
