Hi! I used to have fears like these too, and I found that once I had a goal that made me happy, that I worked towards every day, the fears started to go away. Also, if you write about your fears in a journal, that helps too, write about the things you are grateful for and things you want to achieve, even write about how ur life would be if u didnt have the fears. You might find what triggers your fears when doing this, or simply come to terms that they are irrational. By being scared you feed the fear, so say to yourself when scared, that you refuse to fear it, be arrogant towards the thought, challenge it and say "so what" to yourself, even if it means you have to lie to yourself. After a while, you will get over it. Trust me.
