Extremely terrified of closing my eyes in the shower

My name is andy.... and im extremely terrified of closing my eyes in the shower. If I ever get soap in my eyes... i start trembling and get anxious to open them once again, i know its very odd but its true. Basically getting water in my face and having to close my eyes is terrifying for me... and it really sux because i love swimming, and im like in love with the beach, now try opening your eyes in saltwater... uh uh no no that burns alot.
