extreme anxiety and panick attacks

hi i am 19 years old and ever since my mum left to afghanistan with the army i have suffered extreme anxiety and panick attacks and now i wont go out the house .. it is a herendous feeling i would never wish it on my worst enemy ... does someone fancy a chat to talk about it ??
