Emetophobia-The fear of throwing up or throw up

I am only in 4th grade but I have a deathly fear of throw up. Whenever some one in my class throws up, I want to run away, and my friend is the same way, so we try to help each other through it.

I am also deathly afraid of throwing up, myself!

Some nights when my stomach barely hurts, I think about what it feels like to throw up, my past experiences with throwing up in the middle of the night, and encounters with someone else throwing up.

Then I get my mom, but all she does is tell me to try to clear my mind from all bad thoughts, but it doesn't work! I think I have this phobia, but no one else does.
