Deathly Fear of Needles, Doctors, and Medication

"A tiny little pinprick," they told me. "This wont hurt a bit," I still don't believe them. I have a deathly fear of needles, doctors, and medication. It scares me to the point that I cannot remember the last time I saw a doctor. I get so worked up about it. I start crying when I think about it, and to tell you the truth I'm almost in tears now, casue I find it scary, and embarassing.

If I am ever sick, I wait the sickness out. I cannot take any medication no matter how small an amount it is. I couldn't give you any answer as to why I feel this way besides a bad early childhood memory. I really wan't someone to help me, and I need to find a way to make this better.
