Dalthy afraid of the leaves that fall off trees

I am not afraid of trees, dendrephobia, but I am dealthy afraid of the leaves that fall off trees. It has gotten so bad that I have had to move to Nebraska in order to avoid trees altogether. What if a leave fell off a tree and I swallowed it and it blocked my airway. What if a leaf fell and I tripped on it breaking my leg. Both of these thoughts are too much for me to bare. Please if anyone can recommend help please let me know.
