Bowel Phobia

I have bowel phobia. Whenever i have to use the bathroom to pee or other i start getting nervous especially in school. Even sometimes when i don’t have to use the bathroom i get nervous n feel like im about to go in my pants.

Whenever i get nervous over anything i feel like i am about tot pee in my pants. I think im crazy sometimes and it drives me crazy to the point where i don’t want to do anything and i just don’t know how to deal with it and cant tell anyone about it because it just sounds crazy
