Balloons scare me!

Whenever I hear a balloon go "POP!" I just get scared and usually angry or upset. I don't know why and how this happens in the first place but I heard that this is called ligyrophobia.... HELP!!!!!!!!! Is there any free treatment that you don't have to pay for????? or something you can do a home????? Please help me get rid of this... Click here to read or post comments.
